There will be an experienced candlemaker at the store, 9:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. If you would like to have one on one attention or make an appointment to discuss any questions or concerns we will be happy to help.
Shipping We realize that candlemaking supplies can be quite heavy. Because of this, we have set up shipping contracts with CanPar to bring you the most economical shipping possible. A signature or signed note is required by CanPar to leave parcel. In remote areas or out-of country, it may be more economical to use the postal system. If you request a different method of shipping (ie. Canada Post) we will calculate the shipping cost when we process your order. Cost will vary according to method used and weight of package.
Tracking numbers will be provided for on-line orders, please allow 24hrs before tracking.
In-stock items leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.Orders are not processed on the weekends. Actual shipping costs are assumed by the purchaser.
Picking Up Orders
Orders may be picked up at our retail location Monday to Saturday, 10 til 3. For faster service, please call ahead so your order can be packaged.
Payment Payment Methods -Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Money Orders, Emoney and Interac accepted.
If there are items you need that do not appear on this site, PLEASE ASK. We cannot carry every product, but we are more than willing to locate a product for you.All prices are in Canadian Dollars, applicable taxes extra. No minimum order.
Customers in Ontario, BritishColumbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador will be charged 13% HST on products and freight as required by Canadian law. See the government website www.ccra.gc.ca for further details.
