4th Annual Candle Artisan Retreat
May 4, 5, 6 - 2007

[ Register Today - Don't be Dissapointed ]

The Candle Artisan Retreat is just around the corner, here is hoping spring is too!

A few changes have been made based on the comments and suggestions from last year.

• We are bringing back a few classes by popular demand.
• We have moved the Swap and Shop time slot so that folks can participate before we go for supper on Saturday night.
• Registration is limited to 40 participants, to keep class sizes reasonable. Classes will run in separate rooms (no dividers this year).
• Classes will wrap up at 3 pm on Sunday, and one-on-one assistance will be available until 5:30 pm at Village Craft and Candle. Please prearrange a time slot if interested
• Hands on classes are designed to be intermediate level. Assistants will be available to each class, based on numbers.
Village Craft and Candle will have extended hours for the weekend so you can get supplies before you travel home.

Accommodations can be made at:
• Riverside in St. Marys B&B, 96 Robinson Street, St. Marys 519-284-0012
• StoneWillow Inn, 940 Queen Street, St. Marys, 519-284-4140
• Westover Inn, 300 Thomas Street, St. Marys 519-284-2977
Be sure to mention that you are attending the Candle Artisan Retreat to receive special pricing where available.

Sensations Salon and Spa is offering Pampering Packages for registrants wishing to make this a relaxing weekend getaway. Further information to follow.

*Shopping Bags*, complete with local merchant discount coupons and town information, will be available at Village Craft and Candle upon your arrival. Be sure to check in at the store to get yours if you arrive early. The bags will be distributed Saturday morning along with your registration package for those who have not picked them up early.

There will be a Meet and Greet at the StoneWillow Inn (Mrs. B Restaurant) on Friday, May 4th at 7pm. Munchies will be provided by VCC. Cash Bar. Meet new friends and reunite with your buddies from past retreats.

Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and lunch on Sunday will be provided. There will be a group reservation at the Parkview Creamery for Saturday evening. They are working on a special menu for our group.

If you are interested in having items for sale at the Swap and Shop, please contact Sue at info@vccandle.com to reserve table space. It will be at the Community Centre this year immediately after classes on Saturday.
